Until we have done our own confirmed testing it would be wrong of us to advise you to purchase a product that isnt even out yet.

Completely depends what application/games your running. In the general case you won't be bottlenecked.

I use a pair of Kingpin 980 Ti's in a 4930k based PC - no bottleneck

I use 4 way GTX 980s in a 3930k based PC - no bottleneck

If you are getting a bottleneck on X79 you are doing something wrong like running a 1080p monitor with undemanding games.

Getting a 6950X will do nothing to fix the above.

Win 10 and DX11 99.9999% of the time.

@2160p DX12 offers very little and is actually worse on NVidia cards than DX11.

I'm still using an i7 980 on the 1366 platform.... still works awesome for gaming.
