Not really...
No? Maybe not where you are from, but I know lots of Americans who use the word. Also, I can't really imagine it being said with any other accent other than an American one

I live in the US.. it was popular for a while but really the only people that say it now are the kiddies.
Yeah I know, I meant what area in the US. I know theres alot of difference in the way people speak from state to state.
Alright, I also think its used more in the south eastern bit or the US.
