In need of people with knowledge of 3D printing

Ive seen many videos regarding 3d printing and it tickles my curiosity. I want to try 3D printing as well. Printing custom phone case, pc case badge, custom key caps for mech keyboard, motherboard cover too many ideas flowing in my brain right now.
anybody recommend a 3D printer for beginners? £400 max budget.
