My local (and much better!) hospital got downsized with all the budget cuts. The next stop would be much closer to London and I have no way to get there.

The good hospital told me the fragments have moved and that to have any decent use of my arm in the future it'll need reconstructing; the bad hospital just says no.

I'm not up on the transportation system there is there not a train or subway or Tram to get you to a hospital ?
