The forums have been great on helping me put together my rig but i really cannot make my mind up.

I want a good graphics card that i can stream with plus im going to do gameplay commentaries and stuff so it needs to be able to work at decent settings whilst recording.

At the moment im looking at either a 670 or a 680

but its down to which performs better in the long run id rather buy a 680 pay more and wait for drivers and games to adjust to the card with graphics patches and stuff.

atm im going to get a 850w modular psu so ill be okay for sli but id rather pick one card for now and just add another one later if i need it.

So what brands and types of cards could i get and how hard is overclocking a graphics card?

850w is overkill. I have a AX850 with a 2500k 4.6ghz, Maximus Gene Z gen 3, and a 680 and only draw 430 out the wall LOL

ouch well i might downgrade psu then, but i know the psus work well when there about 50-80% load or did i get the numbers wrong?

Any idea what kinda gcard i should get?

670 - Either KFA2, Gigabyte Windforce, or Asus DCII.

I wouldnt bother with a 680. A 670 maxes out pretty much any game at 60 FPS in 1080p.

As others have said - 850w even for SLI is overkill. You can run 670 SLI on 650w - but if you want to be safe get the AX750. The 850 is unnecessary

Don't buy from ebuyer then.
Their prices on the AX series fluctuate on a daily basis. When I bought mine the AX850 was £138 and the 750 was £133 so like you I thought I may as well just get the AX850.

Get the AX750 elsewhere though - then put the money towards the braided cable kit or something
