www.pipex.net ...the business ones, unlimited, thats what i'm on, phones answered 24/7 without a problem, NO WAITING for customer services, and i rang up and complained it was too slow once, they upgraded me from 1mbps, to 2, for free.

I agree with the positive comments oN idnet, I rang up, mentioned my surname and Simon replied with my first name, now that is a neat trick for any customer service. I just wonder if he has a photographic memory.

I seemed to have missed the 8MB deal for some reason so will pursue this on monday, and if the service is like what it has been so far, will be smiling after the telephone call. I hope:rolleyes:

That is totally Unreasonable! ....30Gb a month?! ...i mean WTF?!

i am on unlimited, i manage 30Gb a week, i cant believe a company would offer such a limited service and call it good!

i pay £25 a month, for 2mbps, unlimited up or down.

it just astounds me that someone would pay for a LIMITED internet service.

EDIT: month, sorry, too outraged, at such an apauling isp, ....actually having the cheek to limit downloads

what planet you living on, can you not see which way the broadband market has been going for the last year!!!!!

I can only assume you are flamebaiting with that comment...

Closing this. It's gone way too far. I'm pretty happy with IDNETs packages, but I think sending an automated message is a bit silly. Instead giving us a better way of monitoring our usage than a login page that won't let me login and won't send a reminder e-mail when I ask it to

Just a note on this - Simon saw this thread and sent me my user/passy for the login screen.

Once again you get what you pay for - Customer service at it's best
