i7 930 & GTX570 Overclock & Stable

I have managed to get my i7 930 to 4GHz Stable with Turbo and HyperThreading enabled. This is on the GA-X58A-UD3R Rev 2.0 Motherboard. I have also overclocked my MSI N570GTX M2D12D5 OC Edition Card to 900MHz Core, 1800MHz Shader and 2100MHz on the Memory. I have ran a 3DMark Vantage benchmark (Performace) and also Intel Burn Test on High and was stable after 15 passes. My Screenshot is attached.

Why Disable Turbo Mode on the 930 compared to 920 and is 4.2GHz necessary isn't 4GHz good enough at safe voltage and stable?

OK so on the UD3R board it simply won't let be go below 1.35v @ 4GHz without becoming unstable, tried all options and read a lot of forums and i don't want to exceed the 1.35v mark. On the plus Turbo Mode was Disabled I apologise and I have also disabled C1E, EIST and Thermal Function so the multi and vcore are locked. Time for another bench.

Oh and I've tried all manner off settings on this board but cannot get 4.2GHz stable.
