i5 at 4.0 GHz

Hey guys I was just wondering if you can help me out.

I've been wanting to get my i5 760 to 4GHz for a while now.

My motherboard is the MSI-P55-GD65

I currently have it at 3.7GHz, but there's one problem. My cpu ratio is locked at 18, I can't get it up to 19-20. So when I've tried overclocking it, it hasn't worked.

Please tell me that pictures you would like, and I'll take them right away.
