After a quick google it seems it should be good for the same as an i7, which is about 65-70 max after Prime for 30min, at least thats what I feel is safe for an i7 24/7 overclock.. But I cant be sure.
What cooler do you have?
I saw people with D14's having 4GHz overclocks and only 56C max after prime95 for 12 hours on the 760 so they run pretty cool
If you have a D14 or another high end cooler it shouldn't be a problem going for 4.0 or 4.2Ghz, but if not I would keep it under 60 until someone with better experience or googling skills find this thread
You shouldn't have any problems with temps then, what are your temps in prime95 after 10-30 min at stock?
Stock volt is usually a bit high, so you might not need to much more than the one on that is stock for a 4Ghz overclock, so temps shouldn't be too much higher with the OC.. Obviously higher, but a H70 should after what i've read be able to cope with the heat
Have you checked the volt in the BIOS? It might be a bit high, might even be enough for 4Ghz.. My i7 950 had waaay too much voltage for stock clocks.. I think I have lower volt doing 4Ghz than the stock one

Hmm... that is pretty low, you will have to increase it for 4Ghz then I guess. Then I guess you just have to try and see what temps and volts you get with overclocks..
