i5 4670K Overclock

Hey guys and girls,

I have recently overclocked my CPU the i5 4670K and I wanted to check with the community whether its a decent overclock or not as its my first time overclocking.

I have attached a few photos 'apologies if they are poor quality' of my overclock info, from CPU-Z and OCCT. OCCT is what I am using to stress test.

I'm currently stress testing now my max idle temps are 34 degrees celsius and my max stress test temps are 78 degrees celsius.

So I have a few questions:

Are these temps okay?
Is the Core voltage to high or is it suitable?
Is this a good overclock?

And also is there anything you recommend me altering? Or should I keep this overclock and the bios settings as they are?

All your help will be much appreciated :)

Well, you got another Ghz out of it, so I consider that successfull. Im no expert, but that looks good to me. I cant comment on voltage, temps, or other technicalities, as I have no first hand experience.

how long are you stress testing? if it holds at 78.. then you are good to go.

I dont know if its still used but prime95 is a great stress test.. fire it up and run it for a few hours. If you get no errors and temps are still < 80.. then you are good.

Well I have been testing for just over 3 hours now and I got an error on OCCT. Is this stable enough or should I change the settings around a little until I get no errors or BSOD?

Thanks.
