i5 2500K voltage not correct in cpu-z

I have overclock my i5 2500K to 4.8Ghz with 1.37 vcore but the cpu-z read 1.34 under the load I disable C1E and others ??
mobo is z68A gd55 G3

use LLC to to prevent that vdroop happen.

my cpu-z always seems to read 0.020v less than what the uefi reads even with llc enabled lol.
i figure its a glitch somewhere

thank you but my mobo has two option for vdroop auto and low try both but same thing .... my be it's like what Vengeance say ...
