I need help deciding on a new MB and Cpu

Hi everyone im new here (just made my account), i was wondering what would be the best CPU and motherboard purely for gaming. price doesn't matter at all because i have been saving up for a while and am willing to wait until i get enough money because i really want a good motherboard and CPU (a good one). also power doesn't matter as i have a 1500w power supply, overkill i know.

As already mentioned this post should be under the NBA section..

If its just for gaming then I'd spend the money on a high end GPU or two.

As for motherboards etc have a look at some of the new Z87 stuff out there. Plenty of great reviews on here already.

As i am new here i don't know how to put this in the "NBA" section. :/
At the moment the only theme to my build is blue, my whole setup is blue. i love it. i Currently have 1 GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 770 OC 2GB GDDR5 and am looking to get another one in the not to distant future, but i was thinking that at the moment it is really my motherboard and cpu that is holding back my rig. I currently have a gigabyte ga-970a-d3 and a AMD FX-6100, To be quite honest i am the kind of person whose rig has to look the part, perfect cable management and everything color coordinated, im a bit ocd like that, but if there is a really good motherboard out there that doesn't match my current system then i would be happy to mix thing up and change some bit and peaces.
