I want it for gaming and general windows use, maybe the odd movie. Is this suitable? I play a lot of fps games so dont want any ghosting.

My friend got a 23" Samsung B2230H and it is good but colours are not as vibrant as another mates Viewsonic VX2260wm, this Samsung may be better?

The Viewsonic is a tad smaller and things look a little sharper due to pixel size. Both are great monitors TBH.

I went for the slightly newer VX2239WM same spec VGA/DVI/HDMI. I will be doing a members review on it next week should have it on monday got it for £129 with free delivery.

That Samsung does look rather nice I have to admit.

The best TN panel I had and have seen was the Dell sp2309w savage colors but glossy screen.

I was too late to change my order but would have went for this one with LED.

For that budget its ok, just make sure you have 1080p, decent contrast ratio, below 8ms response time (non GTG, if it is GTG you want 2ms or perhaps 5ms).
