Symptom's: Discolored (WAY too bright, over-emphasized colours, or WAY to dark, under-emphasized colours.) While viewing any non-3D video. Ex. Game cutscenes, DVD's, any video file, TV Tuner's, etc.
Solution:
1. Right click the Desktop, and click Properties.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Click Advanced.
4. Click the tab with the model of your video card on it.
The screen should look like this.
5. Click Color Correction , on the left menu.
6. Under, "Apply Color Changes To", select, "All."
7. Under, "Color Profile," select, "Advanced mode."
8. Press, "Apply."

Now your video should look normal!
