How to fix date format?

Hello, not really sure if this is the best place for this thread, but I'm a newbie with a question, so it seemed ok.

Backwards dates are a bit annoying, so I was just wondering if there's a way to fix it?
I did check in the site options, but couldn't seem to find anything.

I don't think Members have that ability.

User CP -> Edit Options -> (scroll down till: ) Date & Time Options -> change Time Zone

Oops, it's showing the correct format now. I must have been logged out when I looked at it. Thanks guys.
