They could have done some slight adjustments but the key one is game support especially in online based games as optiscaler is a kind of no go in that case. Otherwise I feel it was more about drivers as in keeping one set compatible with everything rather than two branches of the same driver kinda thing. Thou FSR4 is extremely solid by comparison with 3.1 I honestly wish that companies would update the existing games that are FSR based to support the other versions there really is no reason not too imho it wouldn't take a dev long to shove it into a game just put the same dev on it that done the original lower implementation. Thou I can say one thing i changed in the drivers in general myself which i feel should be turned off anyway from installing is all the data stuff as if you have it all enabled in the drivers and your like me with many 1000's of games installed then the drivers chug chug to go from setting to setting once you turn that off then the drivers are nippy fast, so glad i found that and was aware when updating to the 9070XT otherwise i feel that is a frustrating experience for a new amd user which should be turned off so that the driver tabs are fast, it's a relief the option is there too disable it thou lol
