How to do proper cable management ?

Sorry if this is the wrong section didnt know where to post it either

but do you guys know a guide which can help me to do cable management in my case i got the first CM 690 and now when i look in my case its just horrible with all the cables :S

its my first time that i want my case look awesome but i just cant do it so i ask if you guys can guide me a little on how to do it

i do know that you need to work out the cables to the other side of your case but the thing is i got not those large holes underneath each other in my hole this is the inside of my case

Try to put them in the 3.5 bay rack with some zipties
