Hi Guys,

Just catching up with you guys. How are things going with the team, any decent results recently?

Who's ready for Haswell? :D

How nice of you RawZ :) I am indeed excited to see what Haswell brings. From what i hear intel managed to fix the USB 3 error on their chipset. I think I may upgrade to a decent Haswell set up if performance is good and the money is there. I'm hoping for a new improved MPower to go with it

i was actually reading the HWBOT article on Haswell, i wasnt gonna invest, but i think i might set up the bench rig on a Haswell platform

looks interesting in terms of the overclocking potential

Nothing really big,but some minor improvements. My 3770k didnt like the encounter with the up7 and is now dead.
If haswell is 5-8% better, think its worth it.
Nice to hear from you.Hows things going your way?

We will see how much of improvement Haswell will bring, but I think that I my be more interested in Ivy Bridge-E. My 2600K is 2years old, and this year will be good time to change it, especially that normally I'm not keeping CPU for longer than 2years.

Excuse my ignorance but is Ivy-bridge E the next stage for 2011 boards??

I've tested the 4770K myself. Not bad - improvement over Ivy of course. If you want to get more points, Haswell you will need.

I can't publish my results as yet due to NDA but I will closer to launch.
