Hotmail account issue

Hey guys,

So I'm having some issues and was wondering if any of you could help me out.

I'm trying to create a new hotmail account, but every time I try to, I get an error saying I've exceeded the maximum limit. Please try again tomorow.

So I did today and got the same issue... Never encountered this before. Anyone else that has encountered this?.

Yeah microsoft even moans at you for having an adblock and wants you to upgrade to premium to get rid of it, the web box is slow and pretty meh these days.
