It looks like HIS is set to release a single-slot RX 460 Slim-iCooler GPU, which will feature a factory overclock and 4GB of VRAM.

There have been a few but mostly by Chinese companies like Colourful. As such they were normally very expensive.

I think the shroud design is pretty cool. I like the contrast between the colors and the hex stamp around the fan is something I haven't seen before

If they didn't have the stupid looking Lion or Dragon can't tell which it is then IMO the GPU would look 100% better.
