Hi, I'm fairly new here, this is my first post, I'm an computer enthusiast from the UK and I'm looking at doing my first mITX build and wanted to come here for advice! I'll be using the Silverstone FT03 Mini to house my rig and I just had a few questions about cooling solutions.

The set up as is:

Mobo - ASRock FM2A75M-ITX R2.0
CPU - AMD A8 5600K Black Edition 3.6GHz Socket FM2
HDD - Seagate 1tb Baracuda 3.5" 7200rpm
GPU - Radeon 7870
PSU - SilverStone ST45SF 450 W (SFX)
RAM - 2x4Gb Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600MHz

Yeah, so, the questions are, what would be a decent cooler (under £20, fans inclusive) for the system, and could I fit a tower cooler in this case without worrying about physical stress on the mobo? And can you spot any big problems with the system so far?

Also, if anyone could recommend a DVD-CDRW on the cheap, that would be a great help. :D

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help :D

Hi, and welcome to the forums. You'll get a better response to your question if you post in the 'New Build Advice' section of the forums :)

Virtually any DVD RW for ~£15, they're all the same tbh.

I don't know about the cooler fitting that case, but the stress on the mobo question is nothing to do with the case, the cooler comes with a reinforcing backplate.

Something like the Cooler Master 212 Evo is a great cooler in that price range

Welcome to the forums!

Please put your questions in the new build advice section!
though my recommendations would be the same as Remmy

Hmmm, In terms of cooling for £20 I would proberbly stick with stock because the A8 realy doesnt heat up that much unless you are overclocking but in that case if you are willing to spend a bit more you could fit a closed watercooling loop in easy. My recomendation is
http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Comp...Closed-Loop+CPU+Cooler+-+OEM+?productId=53449
but in terms of DVD drive, if you have to put one in and cannot get away with an external any drive is better. The more expensive the more features i.e (Blueray, Free software)
