Hey just thought I'd join as the quality of the reviews and previews on the site are remarkably good, anyhow about me erm I'm a mac guy, please dont flame me. Who is looking into getting a good gaming pc in the coming months as the 360 when it isnt melting is just not cutting it anymore. So any help you can offer in the coming months will be greatfully appreciated.

Welcome to OC3D :), I'm also a Mac and PC user :), any help you need just make a topic and I'm sure you'll receive the help you need.

Welcome wraithien! And no problem if you're a Mac person, everyone's welcome! :D

Hope you stick around after your build. Enjoy your stay :)

Welcome to OC3D mate :)

Thats a shocking admission.

Welcome to the forum though fella, we'll soon have those MAC needs beaten out of you!

This has gone massively OT just because we are talking about MAC's!

Windows 7 has made up for any problems imho, Ive had no issues since I installed RTM last august

Ja OT :), agreed Windows7 was nice indeed, but still not as stable as I would like it to be.

Any new hardware that the OP should hold on for?

I am a fellow Mac/PC user. I love both. But for gaming and benchmarking my PC is my friend. Welcome to the forums, we'll get you set-up no problem. ;)

Having both a MAC and PC, they both serve tottally different purposes and both serve them extremely well.

great to see another one like myself

welcome!!!!!!

Hey guys thanks for the kind comments yeah I'd buy another mac now Steam is coming to Macs but the graphics is the issue highest end card you can have in a mac pro is an ATI Radeon 4870 which is a crying shame given how powerful it could be given the right card. Anyhow as to me I work well with both systems I'll be honest i prefer macs as they feel so much more fluid between changing windows and so forth plus I've never got mine to crash so badly it required a restart so yeah i agree they are more stable:)
