Help!

Hello, i need help as i have just built a system using this board: Asrock 939n68pv-glan and when it starts up it has a post screen but there is no way to get off of it, you are just stuck with a post screen. I cant enter the bios, i cant start windows etc so what do i do to fix this? None of the onboard ports seem to be working either.

Have you tried to clear cmos?

Away to do it, ill report back.

Cleared cmos but the same thing is happening, i found out i have the error 6B38. I dont know what it is yet but ill research it.

It turns out its a usb controller problem and there is no way to fix it. Great. R.I.P Asrock 939n68pv-glan. Thanks anyway.
