Hi,
Picked it up when you posted orginally, yes it has made a differance,
Since my post have changed timming to yours as in BigAndy thread (the tight ones) only differance running 2-3-3-6.
Justing running pi @ 254x12, 32M, just switched view progress, failed on the 18th,
In which order do you adjust the timmings, ie, top to bottom in bios? or dosn't matter.

Above 254mhz change cas to 2.5 keep all other setings and volts the same.

Yes, change it from 2 to 2.5 and you'll be fine, 2 is just too much for this RAM. I'm running it @ 260MHz, but was able to run it stable with 262MHz @ 2.5-3-3-6. Maybe it would run even faster with this new beta BIOS.

screen of updated timmings got a bit more out the cpu and some improvement on Pi,
