Help with new project

My pc is dying and had it for years, my friend just got some great new parts for his pc and has some spare he is sending me. I don't have much money, and when i mean not much... i mean not much

So my old rig:

Acer T180

CPU: Amd Athlon 64x2 3800+ 2.00ghz

PSU: 350watt crap

RAM: 2GB crap

GPU: 9600gt SLi x2 Overclock

HD: 2x 1tb WD caviar black

Optical: Bluray Player samsung

Case: Acer crap

as you can see badly needs updating

My plan:

Case: NZXT Phantom

CPU: Q6600 (from my mate with mobo and ram)

RAM: 4gb DDR2

PSU: 750watt (good for upgrades when i have money)

GPU: 9600gt SLi x2 OC (will update to gtx 560ti SOC)

HD: 2x 1tb WD caviar black

Optical: Bluray player samsung

Is this good? I will be buying case, psu and windows 7 just over £200

As i said i will be upgrading a lot when i get cash, 800watt might be too much but it's same price as 650watt and good quality.

what psu are u gettin mate? cause if its a cheap 800w priced the same as a 650w dont count on it being able to handle 800w of gear mate

Always get a high quality PSU or you may see you investment get welded to the PSU cables when it goes bang.

got it wrong it's 750 watt ... Coolermaster GX 750W Power Supply. Heard good things about it.

Ye, i saw your video mentioning that when you built that budget PC, Coolmaster is a decent brand i'm sure they will be fine?
