If you want that ram for x79 most CPUs wount be able to hold the ram at them speed so your better off getting 2133mhz anyway

However, I believe running 32Gb at 2400 should be doable for many, if you have a good IMC. Users upgrading to the full 64GB and expecting the nurburgring; well, that's gonna be difficult, probably only a select few will have any luck, though I believe it's not impossible. At the end of the day, one will never know who's who till they try!!!
