Help Spec a build

Yo, I am helping a friend with a build and need some assistance picking parts.

He has:

Q6600 G0

Kingston 2 x 2gb 1066 ram

Seagate 500GB 7200.11 Hard Drive

Budget: £325ish

I suggested:

Asus P5Q Pro

OCZ Vendetta 2

ATI 4850 512mb

He is looking also looking at:

Coolermaster Centurion 5 With CM 550W PSU or Antec Sonata III Piano Black With 500W EarthWatts PSU

Any help would be great!

You don't really need help, you've nailed it .

I'd go for a PC7+ and a decent little PSU my self, but either you've linked to will do the job.
