Hi guys,

So im running atm 2x6970s. on high graphics im getting like 25 fps..... wtf ? (battlefield 4)

i installed the latest drivers and now i cant select/de-select the crossfire option. its gone ? any ideas ? usually its under 'performance'.

is something bottleknecking my card to get awful fps ? surely 2x6970s in CF would handle it ?

PC SPECS

i5 2500
2x6970s
8gig of ram 1600mhz
128gb ssd
win 7 64bit

Check other games to see if this is a problem. If they run normal it is just BF4.. which i am pretty positive is the problem.. a lot of people are currently having a wide variety of issues with the game.

have you tried turning crossfire off?

well thats the thing, with the latest drivers the option to turn it off or on has disappeared ????

i cant find it ?

hi m8 =)

Try Win8.1 and the Newest Driver .. think then u will get a performance boost =)
I Change my OS from Win7 64bit to Win8.1 64bit and get an perf boost round about 50 FPS ^^

Hmm i Say round about .. Think its 30-50fps more .. Think BF4 scale better with Win8.1 .. And it is an Option to try :)

I dont know how much fps u can get.. I only can Tell u what i got.. I changed my os cause my two 660ti's everytime got fps Drops so the fps drop from 100 to under 40fps .. Now i dont get under 80fps :)

Wow, that's more than I get by using an extra GTX 690, Titan or R9 290X.

Um. Biggest exaggeration of the month?

+1

OP, try uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling

Failing that install a really old set of drivers first then install the latest drivers. I sometimes have to do things like this with my HD 5970s.
