It is based on personal experience and the personal experience of at least three people I know...one person didn't get an RMA for 4months. One person got a second hand GPU when he ordered a new one and one person asked for one thing (a P4) and recieved a celeron....twice. Then they argued that that's what he ordered....

I have had a bad RMA experience from them myself (took two weeks to even respond to me, then fucked it up and it took a month to get the money) and also I find that the packagng they use is at best, sparse...if I was honest, I thought it was pretty disgraceful:

The memory was in a anti-static bag that was about 2inches long, sticky taped to the inside of a normal envelope (not even a jiffy) Somehow I don't think that is adequate! Maybe I'm used to quality from Kustom PC's/Aria/Overclock/Jabtech etc

I dunno

Its not that we don't have decent e-tailers, its just that overclockers.co.uk aren't one of them!

it's too bad though.... I'm sure Newegg provided top notch service!
