I was thinking of adding a T connector in my loop to help me drain my system for maintenance, I was wondering where the best placement for it would be Ideally. Also would the bitspower Y-Block Fitting http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=24908 work for a T-line?

Lowest point in the loop is the best place (gravity ftw and all that). The Y-piece will be fine aswell, with a Y or T you can hide it somewhere and run a long'ish piece of tube out the back of the case (through the bottom PCI backplate slot) so you can drain without the risk of spilling anything inside the case. 
Yeah I have a V2000 its not a case you bring to the sink lol, its HUGE. Running the drain out the back of the case via the backplate wont work because the v2000 is reverse atx and the pci slots are at the top of the case. I have a 480 rad in the bottom portion of the case aswell as the pump so I'm guessing I can drill a hole in the base and install one of the dangerden fill ports as a drain. I may have to take a pic so you guys can get a better idea of my setup.
