Hi there i'm a 24 year old from Scotland.

Been into computer since i was young when my father worked in small computer shop and built me an pentium system with ATI graphics and win98 (Don't remember the full specs sadly) which i used to play games only as my fathers computer was the only one connected to the net.

I started to get more into building PC's and fixing them as i grew up and most of the knowledge i have is self-taught by doing it all myself and learning as i go along throughout the years. I have also studied at college and gained a few qualifications like MCDST, Microsoft Office Specialist...etc.

Right now i'm in the process of upgrading my graphics card once i have enough cash and figure out what one my PSU can handle, i'm also working on doing up a spare dual core system for someone in my family.

Hopefully i can get some advice here when required and if possible lend some of my advice to people.

Welcome. My father never gave me a pc, so i have decided to get all that good stuff by my own, now when i am a grown up...

Check some grafics reviews and you can go from there. Heard AMD would soon come out with a 7 series, so i would hold my horses a little longer. Im sure Nvidia would make a counter attack as soon as amd do that...
