HDD Problem

ok i got a new HDD yesterday of my dad so i plugged it in and reinstalled windows 7 and now windows doesnt show my new HDD in windows hard drive stations and i did formatted it but it does shows up in device manager but i cant seem to locate it :S and its doing my head in do you guys know whats going on at the moment and i tryed a other OS also and on that it does show up under hard drive stations shows my partitions but it does not on windows 7 it only shows my 320 gb and my 80 gb but not the other 300 gb one only on device manager :S

Is it initialised and formatted? In disk manager the partitions should have a BLUE highlight/border

right click on my computer

manage

disk manager
