HD103SJ ICH10R RAID0 Error occurred (0)

Two weeks ago I got this error upon rebooting my pc. I then disbanded the RAID0 and reconfigured it. After reinstalling Windows and installing some essential programs, I once again received this error. I then checked both drives individually for SMART errors using Samsung's HUTIL. Both passed the test about 10x.

After reconfiguring RAID0 etc. the system ran okay (some minor hickups), untill I got a popup from Intel Matrix Storage Manager telling me one of my drives had an error and that I should try to backup any data immediatelly. I tried, but the system froze before I could. Now, every single time I boot into windows it will freeze before I can do anything. Once again I received the error on the same drive as before. Knowing both drives passed the SMART test I don't to rush into RMAing anything, so if anybody knows what could be wrong, please don't hesitate to reply.

Thanks,

Ugh, I ended up sending a drive back and getting a new one, luckily there were no questions asked / tests performed so here's a happy lad. Upon installing the new drive I also used some new sata cables incase the ones I were using were malfunctioning, and I haven't had any problems since. Let's hope it stays that way ;p

Thanks for the suggestions guys!
