HD 7970 and fantastic drivers

Ok it seems my memory clock of my HD 7970 woill NEVER go past 500Mgz reguardless of what I am doing, running benchmarks etc, this recently hapened after I updated drivers... anyone can help me?

Could anyone get me the older drivers of this card?

or do your ecommend me using the install CD?

Thanks now I can enjoy my games again without crappy framerates

I had this same problem, just quit your browser, the problem is caused by flash applets, they seem to make the graphics card stick to 501mhz for some strange reason
