Loving the office chair, the Markus from Ikea ;0) something about that chair that draws me to it, got to get me one!
Ok so I was so annoyed with the cables under my desk, so today I have been on a mission to sort them..... Still not 100% happy as need some conduit for the cables I haven't been able to hide....... Anyway just a couple of pic's to show my progress

Heh, how do people find the will to tidy cables? ive started then gave up several times in the past 2 years and put it off endless timesLooks top notch now anyway, tho it wasnt all that bad before, under my desk has to be atleast 3 times as bad as your was.
I was the same I have been putting it off for months, but finally got on a mission this weekend to do something about them, Its looking better than that now, as I have some conduit and have most of the cables running down the side of the black cabnet..... Just have 3 cables showing now, but will soon be hidden, when I can find the cable but longer. as the ones I have no longer reach, hence why they are showing.....
Will post more pictures when its complete

Just did a quick google to find that cable management 'basket' as they call it, need to get one now. ATM I've got a mess of cables tied together with cable ties. I'm probably not alone on that either.
Fitting the extension to the underside of the desk as well, I never would have thought of that.
All in all brilliant job of the cable management.

Grizzly - Got it from Ikea was £7 I believe..... But i'm sure other places must do them also......
Its a bit of a nest under the desk, but can't see it so its all good

Only 3 times as worse? You add your right hand side of desk to the left hand side of desk and you have pretty much the biggest cable mess i have seen bar a messy server room i saw in derby uni. I am also under the impression unless the need forces you to those cables will stay that way forever xD
