haswell or sandybridge

If you're gaming at 1080p you don't NEED a 780 Ti by any means. You could def go for a cheaper card

i may go with a amd build if it drops my total price down and pick up a new monitor 1080p 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz is the specs of the one i have at a 5ms response time

1920x1200 is better than 1080p so just keep that. For that res you don't need such a beast of a card as the 780ti

You have 3 threads on the same topic dude... You keep changing your mind over and over again on the same thing.. maybe just don't invest in a high end rig until you feel more confident in yourself to spend almost $3,000?

Other than that if you really don't want to fork out a huge amount of money then drop the 780ti for a 290x, go for 8gb ram, slightly cheaper board, maybe rethink the loop hardware and amount of fans, and lastly stick with the 4670k over a 4770k.

Yeah this. Remember water cooling can always be added later and you won't NEED it

ya i do need to stop changing my mind i completly agree im just gona keep with the build i have planned and stop posting

No need to stop posting. You can post as much as you want(provided it follows the rules) and ask as many questions as you want. Just keep it all in one thread so it's easier for others looking to help:)
