Blue screens are usually caused by the Gpu or ram is this a clean install? maybe try running a program called DDU and clean the drivers and then try a fresh install of the latest ati drivers and see if you still get the blue screens

Guten Morgen

Excalabur50 has given great advice. Also make sure all your drivers and (you said should be) that your bios is also up to date
Running a program called scannow in command prompt may also flag up driver issues..

Have you tried just one stick of ram?

Also I noticed your ram is saying its 1.65v native but showing 1.5v on HWinFo? This isn't my expertise but have you also tried dialling in the memory settings manually?

Hi excalibur50

It is a complete new and fresh installation of windows 10 pro (no datas or driver were copied from any old version). Should i still uninstall all drivers?

Hi Lebel22

No I havent tried that, I will try one stick only. With memtest+ i got no errors on the rams (3 times in a row tested)

Yes you are correct, the rams are not set at 1.65 Voltage. But i thought undervolting shouldnt be a problem (but i dont know honestly). No I did not change anything in the bios settings for the rams, it is all default.

Should I change voltage to 1.65?

Memory isn't my expertise. I would do everything else that's been mentioned and wait for more qualified help regarding your memory & motherboard.

first set the timings and the voltages on the memory correctly and see if they go away it might not like the fact that they aren't correct if that fails then do the driver clean anyway as the Anniversary update of Windows is a bit buggy

thanks for your help.
I solved it with replacing the rams, i cant prove it but i think one of the slots from the motherboard is corrupt, but as long as the other slots work i am fine with that.

Thank you for letting us know you got it sorted sort of, if you have four sticks of ram the best way to tell if it's ram or board is put one stick in the first ram slot if it works take it out put the next stick in and continue till all four are verified working then put all four in one at a time till all slots are full then you will know which slot is faulty then when you rma the board you can tell the supplier what you did to test it and which slot is faulty

Glad you got it sorted, another tip for anyone reading this thread is that if you have changed any settings at all away from standard, like in this thread with memory voltage, then the first step in diagnosing the problem with hardware is to change all the bios settings to default. Undervolting the memory could well have been the cause of the problem here and I would like to know if the motherboard and memory work correctly at the correct voltage?
