Hi mate and thanks for the belated birthday wish. Yep we've got ourselves a new home and the settlement is set for 2.15pm on Thursday. We started moving some of our stuff in today and more will head there tomorrow when I pick up the removal truck. I did post some very preliminary pics here, but as we get the packing boxes emptied we'll post some more.

And what in gods name is a party pie?

According to the manufacturer they are:

Premium chunks of beef tenderly cooked and blended with FourN Twenty specially seasoned gravy, encased in a delicious golden pastry.
