Should of put the 8pin cpu power up through the CPU cut out in the mobo tray and straight out from behind the mobo rather than the cut out at the top.

Nice build there. As Tom said, take the board out, pop the 8 pin up through the CPU backplate hole, connect it and screw the board back in, and it'll look much better. I half suspect you've got an extender cable on there, and you might not need it if you do that.
Also, I'd personally take off that piece of plastic at the end of the graphics card. Isn't going to make any difference to airflow or anything, and just looks a bit silly there IMO. Bin it off

whats this bit all about??
I have a red theme going, but on the motherboard it has blue lights that flash, so I covered it up
It cost me over £1200 I think.

Love it.
Just a couple of tips: Firstly, lose the tacky bit you used to cover up the blue LEDs. If they bother you that much...paint them in with a black permanent marker or some black paint. As long as you're extra careful it could look good without causing damage to the board.
Next: Do what TTL suggested and run the 8pin power connector through the backplate access cut-out.

I have done what TTL said to do.
I will have a look at the LED's with the pen. "Thanks for the tip"
