H100. Will it fit?

Hello there peeps.

I've been planning on building new system for myself for some time, but I came across something that troubles me.

I'm not gonna go into too much detail about the specs, but I do plan on using the Asus sabertooth z77 motherboard

in bitfenix shinobi case. This motherboard has this so called "thermal armor" which brings me to my question.

I already know that in the normal size bitfenix shinobi case, the h100 will not fit in with push-pull configuration. What

troubles me is, does the h100 fit at all in this case with the thermal armor on motherboard?

Sorry for bad english. And thanks for the answers in advance =)

I know that this is not the answer you were hoping for but:

Unless you do some modding, H100 is not going to fit on the Shinobi.

H80 on the Shinobi is OK.

That's what I've heard form people who tried this

don't buya shinobi it's not a good case :/ Buy a nzxt tempest at least Rad support

You're talking out of your ass, the Shinobi is a great case.

And you could propably fit the H100 in the Shinobi if you put the fans between the mesh and the actual case, but that requires removed of a few plastic parts.

Thanks for the answer. I think I'm actually gonna do some tweaking around and maybe buy the Fractal Design Define XL Black Pearl

even if it may lead into replacing h100 with something else =)

you want to look into the fractal designs arc midi. Tom did an excellent job showing the H100 fitment is

dead-on correct to clear stubborn motherboard digiram headers. its made more for radiator support

than corsair designed for their cases and the H100.
