What problems did you have Steve ? i can't get my GTX460 to Fold :(

all clients are now GPU3 copy paste the GPU3 client over the GPU2 client(s)....

EDIT a SS not that there is much to see :(,

GPU33 is the console of the GTX460...



I guess i need to put back my GTS250 :stickpoke

EDIT GTS250 is back in and Folding........

Crap i hate this , new card NO f@H sucks :mad:

Had no problems bud. Be sure and download the latest WHQL drivers, 258.96 iirc. Set up GPU3. have the 460 as the only card and go.

If you get the 460 going then put in the 250, let win find the drivers and restart. Set up for GPU2 and add -advmethods to your cmd line and you should be good.

LOL i last night couldn't get the GTS250 to Fold either ,

yesterday i had to put down my dog :(

same crap as las year so my mind wasn't where it should of been..

today i am going to give it another try :)

Ooo EDIT i see my GTS250 was Folding in a sys tray WTF have i been doing last night :stickpoke

and def not for the Team i need to fix a lot today eHaaa...
 
Steve are you using the console one ?

IIRC you always use the console one but it says only for Vista ?!

O sorry i mean the GPU3 client !

Eeee i forgot to remove the IO shield behind the GTX460 and (it seemed) to install ?!

GPUZ saw it as well,

but it just wasn't (hardware) installed correctly hence the ERROR !

I now have it in my main rig (GTX460) next to me 2x GTX260's ,

will show the GTX460 768Mb PPD laters.....

Vieuw... Happy Folding....!
 
Still not fully alright but i am on it!

PPD isn't correct....

Now it kinda is... at almost 9000PPD on a 611 WU :)

just not a correct config !

That PPD is about right for default clocks

Yup the card is doing its job alright !

i just have a wrong install , it takes (somehow cycles) from my first GTX260 ?!

really weird but i am trying to solve this ....
 
I am having some problems at the moment, i am starting it all up at fresh ,

aka new OS and all so i hope to have it running good tonight ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,:awhip:
 
2nd card in and running, Had a beech of a time getting it going. Set them up in the P6T Deluxe and all looked good, then after a few minutes computer locks up WTF? Restart and repeat the same senario. Mess with this for a couple of days lose a ton of points.

Try them in the Rampage II GENE, all is good no problems for a day. So but them back in the P6T and computer freezes up. Ok this isn't me then must be a bios issue or the likes. Cards are back in the GENE and happily folding at 880/1760 for 11232 PPD each. 900/1800 does 11456 PPD, but EUE's occasionally so that's why only 880/1760.

Will post up a 40K PPD screenie later, at work ATM
