gtx 780 lighting or gtx 780 ti gaming

Come to the Green team, We're faster, Queter, Cooler, Use less power and we have bonuses such as Physx and CUDA ^_^

Here is a great video from Linus of the 290 vs the 780 *Non Ti* both under water, 2 seperate water loops we're used, 1 for the CPU and 1 for the GPU to make sure the heat from either component wasn't interfering, The 780 still pulls ahead.

Also yes this is one of the vids I have watched also using some of Toms nice graphs off of this site its not exactly hard. Also +1 on posting one vids I was going to link.

Can you even put the lightning under water? I thought it had a custom PCB...

Also I don't get it why people bang on about PhysX. Much like tress FX I've never needed it ^_^. Bar Farming Simulator that is...

PhysX is rarely done right. Cuda improves render time on things I do. Yer EK make a water block for the lightning.

Buy the cheapest stock 780 or 780 Ti, that stock cooler looks awesome and is quiet. The MSI cards are all marketing, they claim no buzz or sequel yet many still find their cards do it. The Lightning is overpriced too. If I had to go non-reference I'd go for the Gainward Phantoms. 780 Phantom GLH (Goes like hell) overclocked card is £392 on Scan, only thing is it's 2 and half slots wide.
