yep i built it myself , don't feel like ive given up just in alot of stress and given it away to the store kinda lowers the stress
trying to learn more and more each day to troubleshoot myself but in this case i felt it was the best to let the store handle it since 90 percent of the parts are from that store and they always helped me greatly before
to explain this odd movement is basicly down to my autism , i canno't stop worrying about something so in sum cases having a definite a ok is only sufficiant for me if u know what i mean

This may seem strange but what psu are you using as it may be giving you the issues? Your AMD card might have greater tolerance to laclustre power supply.
