7970 in my opinion. defiantly worth it for the 3 games and 20% off MOH. and that extra Vram will help at the higher res.

I would say the 670 and if possible save up for another one. im running that exact setup right now (7970+ 2560x1440) and i regret that card beacause now i want to upgrade to get a few more FPS and with two AMD cards the microstuttering is awfull! (tried and sent the other card back) but if you cannot afford two cards and you know you won't ever buy another you can go with either one! BTW what games do you play?

Run radeon pro and use Dynamic vsync it will eliminate micro stutters. Make sure you disable in game vsync first though
