GTX 580 SLI screen flickering

Hello, I've been getting screen flickering while playing some games in full screen mode. It started last week for the first time while I was playing Garry's Mod. The screen flickers in every Valve game, but the strange thing is it doesn't flicker while I'm playing Max Payne 3, Skyrim, Amnesia and The Walking Dead.

My specs are:

i7 2600K

Two GTX 580's

8 GB RAM

Corsair AX850 80 Plus Gold

I've swapped the cards around, I've tested each card without SLI, I've changed the SLI bridge and I'm still getting the flickering. When I put the game into windowed mode the flickering stops, but when I put it back into full screen it starts again. The flickering stops when SLI is disabled.

If anyone can help that would be great!

Its screen tearing,of sorts. turn vsync on if it still flickers disable SLI. basically your cards are producing to much power for the source engine. Think the source engine tops out at 300FPS.

Hmm interesting. It was fine two weeks ago, why would it start happening out of the blue?
