GTX 560 Ti - Accelero TWIN TURBO II or XTREME Plus II?

Would there be any advantage in having an Accelero XTREME Plus II over a TWIN TURBO II

for a GTX 560 Ti?

I can understand that the GTX 570/580 would benefit as they're larger, hotter cards,

but would there be any difference for a 560 Ti?
