I do love it when a GPU is modded to be single slot with water cooling. Looks lush.

Aye I kinda miss my 580 EVGA Hydro Copper 2's they were single slot out the box with lovely waterblocks. *sigh*

I wouldn't think so. They will be similar, but not identical. The GPU die is the most important bit and that is not the exact same size.

all this Nvidia hype I still have not forgiven them over the 970 fiasco I really hope AMD pulls something epic off. If they do I will donate my Vapor X to a really good cause

OK so we spent far to long staring at these images and couldn't work out why they looked ODD! and after some intensive Photoshop investigation (5 mins) we can see without a shadow of a doubt that these images have been edited up the hoohaa.. the seemingly bare PCB for a reason! There are components missing.. the memory and display out controllers as well as the voltage controller are all edited out.

Here take a look.

Now whether this is done due to some form of NDA or just a curve ball for AMD spys I couldn't say, but I know a hinky image when I see one.

Doesn't look doctored to me? it's just different hardware dude? 980 board has more on it is all.
