GTA5 Finally Coming To PC !

Rockstar Games yesterday at E3 confirmed that GTA5 will be coming to the PC in Q3 of this year.

So around August to September, With it will come the usual support for higher res textures, Overall resolutions and of course, Mods

Hopefully it will be a tad better optimized than the last installation of GTA on PC which was just an unoptimized mess and also dubbed the worst performing and under optimized game in PC gaming history by PC gamers.

My fat old PS3 just jumped up and ran around the room knowing that it will finally be able to retire.

To be honest I have been perfectly fine with playing it on PS3 for a year, 720p actually looks quite good on a 1440p monitor being a quarter of native resolution it genuinely looks better than on a 1080p panel. I've had a good chance to explore and build up my online rank its great to hear it can be transferred. Also it's been so long ago since I played any single player i've just about forgotten those first 3 days of non stop gaming. The quality on PS4 looks great I can't wait to see it at even higher resolutions.

I can't express my excitement enough, my body is ready and my rig is nearly ready...

Can't wait to play it, I refuse to own a console (each to their own) and haven't played any of it. Watchdogs can go into the trash now, just wish I hadn't bought it in the first place.

I'm a bit happy as well as slightly disappointed that it took so long.

Eventually I got sick of waiting for the PC version so I got the Xbox 360 one. While the gameplay was entertaining, it barely looked better than GTA IV PC because of the upscaled resolution and missing AA.

It was also quite annoying when you're in a high speeds chase, and suddenly an object in the middle of the road pops up right before you, so late that you can't do anything about it anymore and you crash into it, die, and fail the mission. Really?

Anyway, all the issues I had with this game will be fixed with a PC version but then still. I've already finished the storyline and do Rockstar really expect me to shell out another €50 for a full priced game that I already own?

They always use the piracy excuse for not immediately bringing a game to the PC. Yeah, no kidding if half those users have already bought the game and refuse to buy the same thing again, which I can honestly understand.
Don't worry, I don't pirate games but this makes me lose respect for Rockstar.

It'll be worth it for the multiplayer I hope. I played the singleplayer on xbox and the framerate, resolution and the popping really ruined it for me .

This. I'd buy it without hesitating. Even for €20 I'd do it but I'm not buying a full priced item that I already own

Aye, £20 tops, 10-15 sounds good. Especially if you're buying for a console because your looking at 50-55 for a new game then, very expensive.

I hope there are special editions and such for PC i'd really like some exclusive digital content and collectables even though I will buy the game as a download too. I've got no problem with buying the same thing twice, Intel don't give you a free 4970k when you change platform from previous i7's and I wouldn't expect the same from Rockstar especially if there are significant graphical improvements.

Was waiting extremely long to brag by my friends about my gta V. Any specs?
Another reason why my daddy will be building us a 10K rig, Fifa 15, gta v, bf3 and 4 and hopefully Rugby 15.
Any idea is UFC will come to pc?

Good news! Although, I'll probably wait a bit before picking it up on PC. I've completed the game on PS3 so I'm in no hurry.
