Hello. My card Gigabyte 1080 Xtreme, no OC. 6700K stock, psu Corsair 750 RM
Problem is in GTA V. Listen.
The problem I get however is sudden drop for just 1 second to 2D clocks on my, causing massive FPS lag, a second later the clocks go back up again. Just drop from 1975mhz to 291mhz for one second.
Gpuz reporting UTIL reason.
Here is screen from GPUZ during that spike i added black arrows and you can clearly see UTIL reason as core drop from 1975mhz to 291mhz for just one second during stutter ):
his happens at ANY stage. Nothing to do with in-game activity or scene or whatever.
It drops once every few hours, very rarely. Its hard to catch. But i want to be sure that is hardware or software related?
I have latest driver version. Also tried with 368.69 and the same problem.
Windows 10 Anniversary. Nothing overclocked in system. This issue not happens in 3dmark 11 & 13 or Unigine Heaven and not even in Mafia 3.
