GTA 5 For PC November Launch Date

Well I shall not be buying GTA V right away, going to wait until I've seen plenty of youtube maxed out gameplay clips first. It looked ok-ish on 360 just not to my standards.

I remember reading a random post from some of the Rockstar guys saying they had to do some major texture, Physics and AI tweaking i.e downgrading, So it would be playable on the 360 and PS3 as they were originally only going to bring it out for the PS4 and Xbox One.
So by that alone I'm going to say it should be really good on PC :)

Or they will pull a ubisoft to show that PCs aren't that far ahead of xbox360 and ps3.
#E3 vars incoming.

I think Ubisoft are on their own with this one, Rockstar have never really been ones to shy away from "bling" and openly support modding on their games.

I read somewhere that it will have mantle support, so maybe it'll actually be a decent port. ^_^

Yep sure is, Will make for interesting times :)

I never modded GTA IV despite playing it non stop for years, I always used to play when I got home from school on my PS3 and then on my laptop when it hit PC and then I put in a ridiculous amount of time when I got my first rig. The racing was phenomenal and I don't understand how anybody can criticize the handling, it actually conveyed the feeling of driving massive pathetic American cars around a city. Some were challenging to master but all were far more rewarding.

GTA V on the other hand I would complain about the vehicle handling, while in single player it doesn't show when online the way cars interact with each other is awful and makes the majority of the racing pathetic. Whats with cars randomly flailing across the road out of control because another car touches them with literally no force. Reading the no-contact patch update notes rockstar clearly intended racing to be that way which I find very odd, it's not midnight club :/

I am excited for PC though, slightly disappointed at how late its coming but if you can transfer assets I guess it really doesn't matter. Even if it is a terrible port (which it really doesn't look like) then I will still buy it immediately, it's got to be better than PS3 and that still manages to be magical at times.

Without the bricking part this time please. I couldn't get icenhancer to work, tried for hours. After five reinstalls i quit.

Icenhancer was over rated anyway, custom ENB's were much better along with the HD texture mods.

So many games coming out between Oct-Nov, I only want Far Cry 4, Dragon Age: Inquisition and Alien: Isolation but there is also Wasteland 2 in Aug and Lords of The Fallen in Oct.
I think i'll give GTA V a miss until I have had chance to play through some of the other games.

Only really getting GTA V for the multiplayer. The single player is overrated and the good mods will take a while to come out.
